Figure 1: (a and b) Right and left eye of a child born at 40 weeks gestation, with birth weight of 4160 g showing aggressive form of posterior retinopathy of prematurity. The child had aspiration at birth followed by hypoxia and was also diagnosed to have valvular pulmonic stenosis. The retinopathy regressed with 2 sittings of laser photocoagulation. After 29 months follow up, child had favorable visual outcome with 3 diopters myopia
